You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, under the following guidelines:
- All returns must first be approved by an authorized Addiction Powersports NW employee.
- All products must be returned unused in their original packaging and with all their original parts/materials.
- Your refund/exchange will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and confirmation of all materials of the returned item.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item shipped free, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. - Items
too large to ship UPS must be returned freight prepaid.
- Addiction Powersports NW reserves the right to withhold, or refuse, refund or return due to the consumable nature of some products and/or the limited resell on installed products, or due to the nature of the customer's request.
** Special or custom ordered parts are non-returnable and non-refundable**
Any warranties offered by manufacturer must go through manufacturer for replacements.
